Service Assistant –After-SalesDate:2018-5-7 End: 2018-10-30
BYD EUROPE BV is currently looking for a new member of the Service Support Team of the After-Sales Department. The Service Assistant provides full support in respect of tenders, contracts and invoices to the Service Support Team. The Service Assistant reports to the Tender Engineer and the deputy After-sales Manager.
Main duties and responsibilities
• Work closely with the invoice/documentation manager on all projects
• Support the after-sales team to do the bidding documents
• Data input and analysis
• Provide administrative support
• Other related activities and contingent assignments
• Business/Finance/Analysis background
• Good Excel and PPT skills; experience in ERP is a plus
• Proficient language skills in English and Chinese
• Analytical and accurate
• Interpersonal communication skills, relationship management and collaboration skills
• Able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines in a dynamic environment
