After-sales Manager, for Italy/France/Spain market

Main Tasks and responsibilities:

1. Participating in making BYD after-sales service and parts distribution strategies and implementing the strategies in the Italy/France/Spain;

2. Building, organizing, leading and maintaining workshop team to provide the best possible services to bus companies in Italy/France/Spain, including bus maintenance and repairs, check-ups, job plans and orders, service campaigns/recalls, technical solutions, spare parts stock management, warranty procedures, and legal documentation and safety policies making and implementing required by the authorities and customers, etc.
3. Identifying, selecting, organizing, maintaining and upgrading service partners or service center in Italy/France/Spain to meet customer requirements;
4. Providing sufficient customer assistance and care to make customer satisfied;
5. Reporting continually to BYD Netherlands and HQ the after-sales service development and achievement;
6. Fulfilling other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Candidate profile

1. Rich after-sales service management experience in automobile industry
2. Local people, good image with excellent Italian/French/Spanish and fluent English skills, understand Chinese is preferred.
3. Good coordination ability and communication skills

After Sales Representative

Main Tasks and responsibilities:

1. To secure the e-bus or e-car on time, by acting as a first point of contact providing technical support to the customers.
Technical support the eBus/cars trials
Operation with Spare Parts, electronics and diagnostics
Work with the Spare Parts team to ensure the correct replacement
2. Parts fit in the vehicles
Keep in touch with engineering division and electrical bus/car division
Solve technical problems on the spot
Ensure repairs are carried out according to manufacturer's procedures and in a safe and responsible manner
Handle information in such manner that repeated questions and problems form customers can be avoided in the future products.
Ensure all bus/ car defects are reported to the quality division
Other temporary assignments, etc.
3. Good communication skills
Good communication skills with customer or local service providers

Candidate profile

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree, technical background is preferred
2. Thorough understanding of automotive industry
3. 1-2 years of relevant work experience
4. Good command of English is essential, both written and verbal. Chinese language is preferred
5. Excellent time management and organizational skills
6. Proactive and able to anticipate demand
7. Problem solving skills
8. Computer knowledge and efficiency, including MS Office
